A Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), he specializes in corporate finance, strategic advisory, and capital structuring.

Joy has an established track record in arranging and structuring debt and equity funding, alongside deep expertise in trade finance and working capital solutions for businesses across diverse sectors.

Having held senior finance leadership positions across multiple organizations in the UAE, he brings extensive expertise in mergers & acquisitions (M&A), financial restructuring, investor relations, and banking negotiations. Leveraging strong relationships with local and international banks and financial institutions, Joy advises businesses on securing optimal funding solutions, strengthening financial structures, taxation matters and driving sustainable growth.
